Refunds are issued by ShimogaShop.com only when:

Exchange/Refund of the items purchased from ShimogaShop.com, shall be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition with original invoice.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, in its original packaging and tags. Any defective merchandise can be highlighted within the warranty period as specified for the item.
If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 5 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues

Blank/Educational Media, CDs/DVDs, Ink Toners, Music, Movies and Software, Mobile/Tablet/Laptop Screen Guards, Screen Guard Applicators, Graphic Cards, Processors, Motherboards, Internal Hard Drives and RAMs
We do not return or exchange Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Undergarments, Altered Garments, Furniture, First Citizen Card, Dry Fruits for hygiene and other reasons.
Exchanges of Fine Jewellery, Gold Jewellery, Gold Coins, Cosmetics & Perfumes, Sunglasses, Maxit Products, Electronic Products and Watches and writing instruments, will be extended only if the merchandise is returned in original and sealed pack condition.

Ways to return Items.
You can return the items in our ShimogaShop store in Shimoga City, and return the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sale invoice, within the stipulated time line.

You can return through courier or post, we will refund the return shipping charge to your bank Account or credit card account.

After the merchandise is received by ShimogaShop.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund/exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Refund will be done by online transfer to the Bank Account, credit card Account, PayTM, Google Pay, UPI, PhonePe etc.( We will never Refund by cash)
